Our client is a Kelowna construction company looking for a temporary full-time Bookkeeper & Office Administrator who will move into permanent status, if the right fit. The duties of this position are:
Payroll - 20-35 employees (depending upon season) in QBO and Payworks
Payables and Receivables
GST and WCB Reconciliation
This position will also handle Office Management, New Hire Packages and Health Benefits.
If you do not have QBO experience, but are competent with QuickBooks, you will be trained on QBO.
