Okanagan Staffing Services is seeking an in-store full-time, permanent Autoplan Insurance Advisor for a growing reputable insurance agency in Kelowna, BC.

To qualify for this position, the candidate must have his or her British Columbia Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License for selling Autoplan insurance here in BC.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting walk-in clients with basic Autoplan insurance transactions
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and giving excellent customer service
  • Handling insurance customer enquiries and questions
  • Utilizing MS Outlook to respond to emails from customers and management
  • Assisting the needs of the customer in a timely fashion and with a professional and friendly manner
  • Basic administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.

Job/Pay Structure:

  • Hourly rate will be dependent upon experience level
  • Potential bonus incentives to be offered, based upon performance (such as selling certain insurance policies)
  • Very comprehensive benefits package
  • Typical work schedule is 5 days a week from 9-5 or 10-6 with preference for those individuals willing to work on Saturdays.
