Are you a proficient, highly motivated and hardworking Conveyancer? Do you have strong computer skills, including ESILaw, E-Convey and MS Office?
Our client, an Okanagan-based Legal team of exceptional lawyers, is seeking a candidate with a minimum three years' conveyancing experience.
This firm prides itself on the team's diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and their tradition of personal service and accountability. Their commitment to their clients has resulted in proven long-term relationships, some of which are decades old.
As a Conveyancer/Legal Assistant, some of the duties you can expect:
* conducting due diligent searches;
* creating and managing conveyancing documents;
* ensuring documents are registered as required;
* liaising with legal assistants, paralegals, lawyers and clients on file progress;
* all aspects of file completion and closing,
* reporting to clients
* general administrative duties as needed
Exceptional time management skills are required, as is the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, are also required. Focus on superior customer service and confidentiality is utmost.
Preference will be given to those with conveyancing and ESILaw and E-Convey software understanding.
