Our client is looking for a Medical Office Assistant who can handle a temporary assignment in August, and possibly, for future dates. They require a candidate who has Accuro software knowledge, and who can perform well in a busy medical clinic while still providing excellent customer service and be compassionate with the patients.
Typical duties include:
- greeting patients, weighing them, and bringing them into the examination room
- scheduling new patient appointments
- answering phone and taking queries
- responding to email enquiries
Must be able to work flexible hours (Monday through Friday) and be a team player. Those who have the qualifications will be interviewed first for registration onto the Okanagan Staffing Temp Roster for temporary employees.
