Skills testing provides a realistic method of assessing the skills and abilities for a wide variety of jobs.  Our unique skill testing allows us to objectively evaluate a candidate's ability to perform a specific job before they are hired,.  It helps provide a more complete picture of the candidates qualifications for our clients.  

Typing Tests - Speed and Accuracy

Typing tests at Okanagan Staffing present candidates with on-screen text to copy in a set amount of time which evaluates speed and accuracy. Scores indicate the current level of typing that candidates will bring to the job.  We provide testing for our Temporary and Permanent Employees as required.. All results are confidential to our office; only verbal test results are provided to our clients and candidates.

WE have over 100 pre-employment tests and selection tools used in most professional office environments today. Mainstream software and skill testing presents candidates with work-related situations requiring the candidate to take the necessary steps to successfully perform tasks using available methods/shortcuts. Scores produced enable us to determine the level of proficiency candidates are bringing to the table, as well as their training needs post-hire.
