We provide ongoing temporary, contract and permanent employment opportunities with Okanagan employers, in a wide array of skill categories. The process is simple…….. Find our online application for your registration convenience, include your resume and you will be contacted via email or telephone if there is an appropriate opportunity for you. Once you have been contacted for an interview, allot yourself 1-2 hours for your first meeting, & testing if applicable. When the process is complete and we have contacted your references we will start our employment search on your behalf. Applications may be filled out at our office as well, so feel free to stop by! Temporary placements When fulfilling a temp assignment with Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. you will be required to follow some procedures which are outlined below; Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. is your employer so you report in to your recruiter if you have any concerns/issues ie: if you are going to be late, if you are ill and cannot make it to the assignment etc. PAYCHEQUES Paycheques are processed for payment on Fridays for the previous week that you worked. A timesheet must be filled out and signed by a supervisor before it is issued. Paycheques may be picked up from our office on Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm.
