Kevin Renwick, CHRP - Owner/Manager

Kevin has lived in Kelowna since June 1995. After graduating with a Business Administration degree with double majors in Marketing and Personnel Administration, Kevin’s career began with the Bank of Montreal in 1981. After 8 years of varied banking experience, 5 years in all aspects of human resources, Kevin joined the Olsten Corporation in Calgary as a Recruitment/Sales Manager. In this role Kevin gained invaluable recruitment and human resource consulting experience, from a broad base of clients, which ultimately led to the entrepreneurial beginning of Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. in Kelowna.

Since June 1995 we have seen the demand for our temporary and/or permanent recruitment, and skill evaluation services grow on an annual basis as the popularity of the Okanagan Valley flourishes. In the coming years we will take pride in providing superior customer service to an expanding client base, enhancing our services to meet our clients evolving needs throughout the Okanagan Valley.

On a community involvement basis, Kevin is Past President and current executive member of the Ogopogo Rotary Club, a Director of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and a speaker to various job finding groups and Okanagan University College business students faculty.

Stacey Bengert - Recruitment Manager

Stacey began her career in the Real Estate industry as a sales administrator. Her natural customer service/sales abilities led her to the field of Personnel Recruitment. After five years of recruitment experience with a firm in the lower mainland, Stacey has now been in Kelowna for over 6 years working for Okanagan Staffing Services Inc.

She is well versed, from running a busy temporary placement desk to having full responsibility for permanent recruitment projects. Her strengths are in client relations and employee skills and attitude assessment. Stacey is currently in the process of obtaining her Human Resources Diploma. Her goals are to expand her recruitment and management experience through education. Goals for the company are to assist in expanding the temporary and permanent division and take it to the next level in business.

We wish Stacey all the best as she enjoys her Maternity leave with the newest addition to her family. We look forward to working with her again in 2010.

Jody Ivancevich - Recruitment Supervisor

Jody's desire to travel the world led her to begin her career in the Hospitality industry. After completing her diploma in Resort & Hotel Management she spent three years working in Whistler, BC before venturing across the globe. She spent another three years traveling while working onboard cruise ships until she decided to settle in Kelowna in January 2007.

As the Recruitment Supervisor at Okanagan Staffing Services, Jody uses her exceptional administrative skills and experience to provide outstanding service to our clients and candidates. Jody will be your permanent and temporary staffing contact as well as our in house resume consultant.
