How do I register with Okanagan Staffing Services?
The first step is to submit your resume either by email or fax; once received a recruiter will review your qualifications and will be in touch with you to set up an interview and any applicable testing. Once you have completed the interview and testing you are considered registered and we will do our best to find you suitable employment.

If I am a temp, how do I get paid?
When you are a temp you will be paid on a weekly basis through Okanagan Staffing Services. You are required to fill out a time slip, have it approved by a supervisor and submit it to us by email or fax for which we then process your payroll. You are paid an hourly rate, plus 4% vacation pay on each cheque.

How do I know if I am eligible for "Bonding" as asked on the application form?
The concept of employee bonding is really an insurance matter relating to the employer's efforts to protect itself against wrongful acts by its employees. If you have never been charged with fraud or theft, then you can safely answer 'Yes' on an application form that asks "Are you eligible for bonding?"
