122- Inside Sales Rep

Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible for growing new business internationally utilizing your exceptional telephone skills. The ideal candidate is not afraid of the telephone or making cold calls and has demonstrated success in the past by meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets.

Measures of Success
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to bond quickly with prospects over the telephone
• Track record of sales success by growing sales or a territory
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to “plan the work and work the plan”

Characteristics/Skills
• Minimum 2+ years of proven software sales experience
• Valid passport
• Proven ability to make cold calls that produce results
• Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone
• Must have good prospecting habits
• Capacity to analyze & manage territory effectively
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to close sales on the telephone
• Accountable for goals and objectives
• Must be computer literate with strong Word and Excel skills and prior experience working with a CRM
• Must successfully pass a criminal records check
The compensation for this role is a base of $50,000 plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn in excess of six figures (it has been done!). The company offers excellent benefits and may consider some relocation assistance for the right candidates to Kamloops.
