Kevin Renwick, CHRP – Owner/Manager
Kevin has lived in Kelowna since June 1995. After graduating with a Business Administration degree with double majors in Marketing and Personnel Administration, Kevin began his career with the Bank of Montreal in 1981.
After 8 years of varied banking experience, 5 years in all aspects of human resources, Kevin joined the Olsten Corporation in Calgary as a Recruitment/Sales Manager. In this role Kevin gained invaluable recruitment and human resource consulting experience from a broad base of clients, which ultimately led to the entrepreneurial beginning of Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. in Kelowna.
Kevin is Past President and 17 year member of the Ogopogo Rotary Club, member of the BC Human Resources Management Association and CHRP, member of Accelerate Okanagan, past Director of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and Board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Find a Cure.

Tracey Matthews – Recruitment Manager
Tracey has been a resident of Kelowna since 1994 after moving from the Lower Mainland. This is where she developed her diverse skills in the financial industry & Management over a 25 +year period. This included both banking and telecommunications at BC Tel. After opening the first branch of Canada Trust - she continued to advance throughout the Administrative and Management sector.
In 1996 she had the opportunity to open the first American office of Labor Ready to Kelowna. Servicing temporary labor to the Valley. She also volunteered as an integral part to the 2003 Firestorm ESS team with a coordination of 2000 volunteers and 10,000 evacuees.
Her passion and enjoyment ultimately resides with helping and working with the public. With a combined Financial industry background, in both banking and brokerage she was invited to join the team at Canaccord Capital where she contributed 10 years as the Branch Administrator and Assistant. This is where her management and HR experience developed which is well groomed to fit in with Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. as the HR Manager.
Rene Wolfe - Administrative Assistant
Rene Wolfe HR Administrative Assistant brings solid administrative work experience to the agency. She is positive and friendly and shows great consistency with her ability to adapt with the wide range of demands that are part of the HR industry. Rene has been an exemplary temporary employee for Okanagan Staffing for several years prior to starting with us full time and understands the importance and staffing needs to the clients.
Originally from Toronto where Rene developed her skills in the financial industry at the Royal Bank.
